Getting started Can I start my store with my own domain name? Yes. Search a name on ecommerceautopilot.com/domains or at sign-up, pick an available domain, and your store opens at once; the domain is bought after you pay. Getting started What is my Store ID and where do I find it? Your Store ID is a 6-digit number that belongs to your store alone. Find it in the admin menu under My workspace › Store ID and give it to support. Getting started How do I use the admin panel on my phone? On a phone the admin panel works like an app: a top bar, a Menu sheet of tiles with search, and a bottom bar with Home, Messages, Menu and My Account. Getting started Where do my staff sign in, and where do my customers sign in? Your team signs in at yourshop.com/admin and always lands in the admin panel. Customers sign in at /login and sign up at /register, on their own pages. Getting started How do I create my store? Open ecommerceautopilot.com/start, make an account with email or Google, then pick a business name and web address. Your store opens in its admin panel. Getting started How do I sign up with my Google account? On ecommerceautopilot.com/start press Continue with Google and pick your account. No password to make and no confirmation mail; only your mobile is asked once. Getting started How do I choose my store's web address? While creating your store, type a name in the Web address box. It is checked as you type and becomes yourname.ecommerceautopilot.com, your shop's free address. Getting started Can I pick a design and sample products while signing up? Yes. When you name your store, pick a design for your business and tick Add sample products. The new store opens with that design and a shop that looks full. Getting started What is the 7-day free trial? Every new store gets every feature, with no limits, for its first 7 days. After that it runs on the Start Free package unless you choose a paid one. Getting started How do I confirm my email address? Open the "Confirm your email" mail we sent at sign-up and click Confirm my email. No mail? Press Send again on the notice at the top of your admin panel. Getting started How do I sign in to my store's admin panel? Open your store address with /admin at the end and sign in with your username and password. Owners can also log in on ecommerceautopilot.com/start. Getting started What should I set up on my first day? A first-day checklist for a new store: shop name and logo, a theme, categories and products, delivery charges, payments, SMS, courier keys and staff logins. Getting started What is in the admin sidebar? The admin sidebar has six parts: My workspace, ERP, CRM, Online store, Administration and Help. Each person sees only the links their job allows. Getting started Online store, ERP and CRM: which part do I need? Online store is your website and orders, CRM your customers and chat inbox, ERP your sales team, courier, factory, staff and money. Start with what you use. Getting started How do I see my shop the way customers see it? Press View Store at the top of your admin panel, or open your store address in a browser. Here are the shop pages worth checking before you share the link. Getting started How do I switch the panel and shop between Bangla and English? Use the বাংলা / EN switch in the top bar of the admin panel or the shop header. Your choice is remembered on that device and only changes what you see. Getting started What does the store dashboard show? The owner's dashboard shows the whole business at a glance: sales, deliveries, money and what needs attention. Staff start on their own My dashboard. Getting started What is "My Dashboard" for staff? Every staff member gets their own dashboard, named after their job: reminders on top, their own numbers as cards, and one click to the full page. Getting started What is "My work guide" and where do I find it? My work guide gives each staff member the work rules and step-by-step directions for their job, in English or Bangla. The owner can open every job's guide. Getting started How do I report a problem or send an idea? Press Give Feedback at the bottom of any admin page, write what happened or what you want, add up to 3 screenshots and send it to the eCommerce Autopilot team. Getting started How do the notifications in the panel work? The bell at the top of the admin panel tells the owner and staff about each new website order. Click one to open the order, or mark them all read at once. Getting started How do I change my name and contact details? Click your name at the top right of the admin panel, open My Account, change your name, username, phone, business name or photo and press Update. Getting started How do I change my admin password? Click your name at the top right, choose Change Password, type your old password and the new one twice, then press Update. You are signed out to sign in again.
