The sidebar on the left of the admin panel is grouped into six parts: My workspace, ERP, CRM, Online store, Administration and Help. Each part holds groups of related screens, and each person sees only the links their job lets them open.
Where to find it
On the left of every admin page. Above the six parts the store owner (Super Admin) has the CEO DASHBOARD link; staff do not get it and start on their own dashboard in My workspace. Click a group's name to open its links.
How it works
My workspace is each person's own corner: Requests & messages, and for staff things like their dashboard, Notifications, My tasks, My work guide, My attendance and My salary. Depending on the job, staff may also see Submit work, Daily work, Mistakes & fines or Live messages.
ERP runs the business behind the shop, in four departments:
- Sales Department — Seller orders, Courier send requests, Sales team, Seller bonus, Courier & parcels.
- Production Department — Factory work, Daily work reports, Mistakes & fines, Sales from factory, Suppliers & bills.
- HR Department — Staff, Attendance, Payroll.
- Accounts Department — Finance overview, Cashbook, Need approval, Accounts, Profit & loss, Month summary, Business history and more.
CRM is about people who buy from you:
- Inbox — your Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp chats, Inbox performance, Replies & automations, Inbox settings.
- Customers — CRM overview, Customers, Follow-up tasks, Product reviews.
Online store is your website: Website orders (one link for each order status), Products, Shipping & returns, Offers & discounts, Marketing & SEO, Marketing channels, Store design, Pages & blog and Store reports.
Administration holds the store's controls: Users & access (Users & logins, Roles, Permissions, and Work guides for the owner), Settings (Package & billing, Online payments, Email (SMTP), SMS, Telegram alerts) and Security (blocked IPs and phone numbers, Fake orders, Customer fraud check, Two-step sign-in).
Help has two links that open in a new tab: Learning Hub (articles about selling online) and Autopilot Help Centre (how every part of the panel works).
Good to know
- Each person sees only what they may open. A link the person's job does not allow is hidden. A group with no links left is hidden, and so is a whole part.
- Some names change for sellers. A seller who handles only their own page sees My Orders, Sales Team Update and My Bonus instead of the team names.
- Owner vs staff. The owner finds every job's guide under Users & access › Work guides. Staff find their own under My workspace › My work guide.
- Bangla names: switch the panel to বাংলা and most group names show in Bangla.
Common problems
- A screen you expect is not in the sidebar. Your job does not include it. Ask the owner to add the feature to your login in Users & logins.
- A link opens a page that says it "is in the … package". Your package does not include that part after the trial. The owner can upgrade in Settings › Package & billing.
