How do I sign in to my store's admin panel?

Open your store's address with /admin at the end (for example rangdhanu.ecommerceautopilot.com/admin) and sign in with your Username and Password. The store owner can also log in on ecommerceautopilot.com/start with the email or mobile number of the account.

Where to find it

  • Store sign-in page: your store address + /admin. It shows your shop's name and logo. Everyone in your team signs in here.
  • Owner log in: ecommerceautopilot.com/start › Log in. After logging in, press Open my admin panel.

Step by step

On your store's sign-in page:

  1. Go to your store address + /admin.
  2. Type your Username (not your email).
  3. Type your Password.
  4. Tick Keep me signed in if this is your own device.
  5. Press Sign in.

As the owner, from the main site:

  1. Go to ecommerceautopilot.com/start and press Log in.
  2. Use the email or mobile number of your account and your password, or Continue with Google if you signed up with Google.
  3. Press Open my admin panel.

Good to know

  • Right after sign-up you do not need to sign in: your new store opens straight in its admin panel through a one-time sign-in link. That link works once and only for a few minutes.
  • The owner's username was made for you at sign-up. You can see it in Admin › Administration › Users & access › Users & logins, in the Username column.
  • Staff sign in with the username and password you gave them in Users & logins.
  • Where you land: the owner opens on the dashboard. A staff member who has no dashboard access opens on their own My Dashboard.
  • Two-step sign-in: if it is on for you, a second page asks for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Lost your phone? Type one of your backup codes. Tick Trust this device for 30 days to skip the code on that device. Set it up in Admin › Administration › Security › Two-step sign-in.

Common problems

  • "Wrong username or password. Please check them and try again." The username or password is wrong. Check Caps Lock (the page warns you when it is on) and that you typed the username, not the email.
  • "Too many wrong tries — please try again in … seconds". After 5 wrong tries the page makes you wait about a minute. Wait, then try again carefully.
  • "That sign-in link is used or too old. Please log in." A one-time link was already used or expired. Sign in with your username and password, or log in again on ecommerceautopilot.com/start.
  • A staff member forgot their password. The owner (or anyone with Users & access) sets a new one in Users & logins.
