Every store made on ecommerceautopilot.com starts with a free trial: for the first 7 days every part of the panel is open (except the Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp inbox, which is in Premium only) and nothing is limited. When the trial ends, the store keeps working on the free Start Free package with its limits, unless you choose a paid package.
Where to find it
Admin › Administration › Settings › Package & billing (প্যাকেজ ও বিল) shows when your trial ends and lets you choose a package. Only the store owner sees this page. The owner also sees a green bar at the top of the admin panel that counts down, for example Free trial: 5 days left.
How it works
The trial starts the moment your store is made. Sign-up asks only for your name, email (or Google), mobile number and a password, not for a card or any payment.
During the trial:
- Every module is open: online store, sales team, courier, accounts, HR, marketing channels and the rest. The one exception is the inbox: it opens only on a paid Premium package.
- No limits on products, landing pages, orders or staff logins.
- Store themes and sample products can be used.
Example: "Rangdhanu Fashion" signs up on 1 March at 10 AM. Everything is open until 8 March, 10 AM. On about 6 March the owner gets an email: "Your free trial ends in 2 days". If no package is bought, the store moves to Start Free on 8 March, and a second email says the trial has ended.
After the trial, on Start Free:
- The shop stays online and your data stays.
- The package's limits apply to products, landing pages, orders and staff logins. The exact numbers are on Package & billing and in the red bar at the top of the panel.
- When the order limit is reached, the shop stops taking new online orders until you upgrade.
- Parts that are not in Start Free show "This part is in the … package" with the package that opens them.
- The shop goes back to the Default design.
Good to know
- If you picked a paid package before signing up, you still get the free days. Pay from Package & billing to keep that package after the trial.
- Your own domain (like
yourshop.com) is for paid packages only. It is not open during the trial. - Reminder emails go to the store owner's email address, so keep it correct and confirmed.
- You can choose a package any time: during the trial or after it. Everything opens again once your paid package is active.
