How do I see my shop the way customers see it?

Press View Store at the top of your admin panel. Your shop opens in a new tab, exactly as a customer sees it. You can also type your store address (for example rangdhanu.ecommerceautopilot.com, or your own domain if you added one) into any browser.

Everyone who can sign in to the admin panel sees this button. The shop itself is public: anyone with the address can open it, no login needed.

Step by step

1. Sign in to your admin panel.
2. Press View Store in the top bar. The home page opens in a new tab.
3. Click through the shop the way a buyer would: a category, a product, add to cart, checkout.
4. Open the shop on your phone too. Most buyers will.
5. Go back to the admin tab, fix what looked wrong, and refresh the shop tab to check again.

Good to know

• To see the shop as a brand-new visitor, open it in a private (incognito) window or on a phone where you are not signed in.
• The shop has an English / বাংলা switch in its header. Each visitor picks their own language on their own device.
• Try the tracking page with a real order: the order number and the mobile number must match the order, or the customer sees "Order not found".

Common problems

• A product is missing on the discount page. Only active products with a discount set appear there. Check the product's status and its discount.
• The tracking page says "Order not found". Check the order number and use the exact mobile number written on the order.
