On your first day, set up your shop in this order: your shop's name, logo and phone, a design, your categories and products, delivery charges, online payments, SMS, your courier keys, and finally your staff's logins. Each step below shows exactly where to click.
Where to find it
Everything on this list is in the admin sidebar. As the store owner you see every link. A staff member sees only the links their job allows.
Step by step
- Shop name, logo and contact. Go to Admin › Online store › Store design › General settings. Add the shop name, logo, favicon, phone, email and address, and your WhatsApp number if you use one. Press save.
- A design. Go to Admin › Online store › Store design › Store themes. Preview a theme, then apply the one you like.
- Categories first. Go to Admin › Online store › Products › Categories and add the groups your products belong to (for example "Three-piece", "Panjabi", "Saree").
- Then products. Go to Admin › Online store › Products › All products and add your products with photos, prices and stock.
- Delivery charges. Go to Admin › Online store › Shipping & returns › Delivery charges and add each charge with a title and an amount (for example "Inside Dhaka" and "Outside Dhaka").
- Online payments. Go to Admin › Administration › Settings › Online payments and connect a gateway such as bKash, aamarPay or ShurjoPay, if you take payment online.
- SMS. Go to Admin › Administration › Settings › SMS and connect your SMS account, so customers get a message when they order. Only the owner sees this link.
- Courier keys. Go to Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Courier & parcels and press Couriers & keys. Add the API keys from your courier account so parcels can be booked from the panel.
- Your team. Go to Admin › Administration › Users & access › Users & logins and give each person a login with the job they do.
Good to know
- Confirm your email too, if the notice at the top of the panel asks you to.
- Themes on Start Free: on the free package, store themes can be previewed and applied only during the free trial. Pick your theme early.
- Staff logins count against your package's staff limit.
- Courier & parcels is part of ERP. It needs the ERP access and, after the trial, a package that includes it.
Common problems
- A link from this list is missing in your sidebar. You are signed in as a staff member whose job does not include it. Sign in as the owner, or ask the owner to add that feature in Users & logins.
- A screen says it "is in the … package". Your free trial has ended and your package does not include that part. Choose a package in Admin › Administration › Settings › Package & billing.
