Factory & production How do I find any order and see its photos and video? Type the invoice, parcel ID or phone digits in Find an order, or scan the QR on the factory card. On Factory work, the Targets box lets the office set pieces per hour for each step, a person's own number and the daily break, then press Save targets. Factory work shows every cutting, sewing and QC for the dates you pick, who did how many, a day-by-day count, each person's page and an Excel download. Factory & production How do I remove a wrong factory submission? Only a Super Admin or Admin removes a factory entry. Open Factory work, find the entry and press Remove. The photo is deleted with it and the counts update. Factory & production How does a seller see who worked on an order? Open the order from My Orders. The Factory work box shows who did the cutting, sewing and QC, with the time and photo, and a Message button for each person. Factory & production What are Mistakes & fines? Mistakes & fines lets the people on an order tag the one who made a mistake. Each tag carries the fine you set, and it comes off that month's salary. Factory & production How do I tag someone for a mistake? Open Mistakes & fines, type the order number and press Find, pick who made the mistake, say what it was and press Tag. One tag per person per order. Factory & production How do I set the fine per mistake? As the store owner, open Production Department › Mistakes & fines, type the amount in Fine for each mistake (৳) and press Save. It starts at ৳0. Factory & production Who can remove a mistake tag? Only a Super Admin or Admin can remove a mistake tag, and they must write why. The tag stays on record, crossed out, and its fine no longer counts. Staff open My workspace › Mistakes & fines to see the tags they got with each fine, the totals for this month and in all, and the tags they gave. In Production Department › Sales from factory, press Add a sale for waste sold by kg and taka, or Customer order for an order taken at the factory.
