Press বাংলা or EN on the small switch at the top of the screen. The page reloads in that language and you stay on the same page. English is the default.
Where to find it
- Admin panel: the top bar, next to the notification bell and View Store.
- Shop: the header, next to the dark / light mode button (on phones and computers).
Everyone sees the switch: the owner, every staff member and every shop visitor.
Step by step
- Look for the round switch with বাংলা and EN at the top of the page.
- Press বাংলা. Menus, buttons and screen titles change to Bangla.
- To go back, press EN.
How it works
The switch changes the words of the screens: menu names, buttons, headings and labels that have a Bangla version. For example, View Store becomes দোকান দেখুন and My workspace becomes আমার কাজ.
It never changes what you or your customers typed: product names, descriptions, customer names, addresses and order notes stay exactly as written. If you want Bangla product names, write them in Bangla.
Your choice is saved in the browser you are using. Your admin panel and your shop are on the same address, so one choice covers both on that device.
Good to know
- It is personal. Switching to Bangla does not change the language for your staff or your customers. Each person picks their own, on each device.
- A new device starts in English. Another phone, another browser, or a private window shows English until you switch there too.
- The work guides (My work guide) follow the switch, so staff can read their directions in Bangla.
- On a staff member's own dashboard, the counts in the reminders show in Bangla digits when the screen is in Bangla.
- Screen names in the Help Centre are written in English, as the panel shows them by default. Where a Bangla name exists, the Bangla articles give it in brackets.
Common problems
- Some words are still in English. Only screen texts that have a Bangla version change. The rest stays in English.
- It went back to English. The choice lives in the browser. If the browser's site data was cleared, or you opened a private window, press বাংলা again.
