Where can I get help from the eCommerce Autopilot team?

Start with Help at the bottom of your admin sidebar: it opens the Autopilot Help Centre (how every part of the panel works) and the Learning Hub (lessons on running an online shop). For a question the articles do not answer, ask in our Facebook group. To report a problem from inside the panel, use Give Feedback.

Where to find it

  • Admin › Help › Autopilot Help Centre — opens ecommerceautopilot.com/help in a new tab.
  • Admin › Help › Learning Hub — opens ecommerceautopilot.com/learning in a new tab.
  • Admin › any page › Give Feedback — the button at the bottom of every admin page.
  • Facebook group — the Facebook Group button under "Join Our Community" in the footer of ecommerceautopilot.com.

The Help section is in everyone's sidebar, owner and staff alike.

How it works

1. Look it up in the Autopilot Help Centre. Short answers, one question per article, with the menu path and the steps. Articles are also in Bangla: press বাংলায় পড়ুন at the top of an article, or open the /bn/help address.

2. Learn the bigger picture in the Learning Hub. Longer posts for online sellers: taking orders, couriers, returns, Facebook selling, marketing and more.

3. Ask the community. Every Help Centre article ends with a "Still need help?" box and an Ask the community button. It opens our Facebook group, where the team and other shop owners answer questions.

4. Tell the team directly. For a bug, something that looks wrong, or a feature you want, press Give Feedback at the bottom of the page you are on. Your message and up to 3 screenshots go to the eCommerce Autopilot team, with the page address added for you.

Good to know

  • Use the search box on the Help Centre first — many "where is…" and "how do I…" questions already have an answer.
  • Staff also have their own job guide under My workspace › My work guide, written for their role.
  • When you ask in the group, never post passwords, API keys or customers' phone numbers. Describe the problem and the page instead.
  • When you write to the team, one problem per message, with a screenshot, is the easiest to act on.
  • Add your Store ID (My workspace › Store ID) to every message, so the team knows at once which store is yours.
  • If the team needs to look inside your panel, the owner can allow it for a while in Security › Support access. Never send your password.
Still need help? Ask in our Facebook group — the team and other shop owners answer there.
