The dashboard is the first link in the admin sidebar. The store owner sees the CEO dashboard: sales, deliveries, money and a list of what needs attention today. The store dashboard of website orders is the owner's too. Staff start on their own My dashboard.
Where to find it
Admin › Dashboard (the address is /admin/dashboard). For the owner the link is called CEO DASHBOARD.

The tick Dashboards (owner) in Administration › Users & access › Users & logins opens for the Super Admin only, even when ticked for staff.
How it works
The CEO dashboard starts with four big numbers for the chosen period:
- Sales: orders and amount, from your Facebook pages and your website.
- Delivered: parcels delivered, the success rate and what was cancelled.
- Today so far: today's orders and amount, next to yesterday's.
- Money position: cash in your accounts, plus your Steadfast balance and parcels on the way, minus what you owe suppliers.
Below them, Needs you now lists what is waiting for you, each line a link. For example: "3 website orders wait to be confirmed", parcels on hold at the courier, overdue customer follow-ups, or staff requests waiting for your decision. When nothing is waiting it says "All clear".
Further down you find Today at a glance, Team today (who is at work, late or absent), Chat inbox now, Cash in your accounts, Supplier dues and your Facebook ads cost.
The store dashboard shows website-order numbers and charts, and the latest website orders. You can search them by invoice number and filter them by status. It does not show your cash, supplier dues, salaries or profit.
Good to know
- The period starts at Last 30 days. You can pick Today, Yesterday, Last 7 / 14 / 28 days, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, Lifetime or Custom dates. Weeks run Saturday to Friday.
- The numbers are kept for about 3 minutes. Press Refresh to work them out again now.
- The owner can open the store dashboard too, with the Store dashboard button at the top of the CEO dashboard.
- Want a partner to see the dashboards? Make them Super Admin; no other tick opens them.
Common problems
- A staff member lands on their own dashboard, not this one. That is expected: the dashboards are the owner's. Website orders are in Online store › Website orders.
- A number looks old. Press Refresh.
