Can I start my store with my own domain name?

Yes. Pick an available domain while you make your store, and the store opens straight away on its free address. You pay the domain price on the next page, and the domain is bought and connected to your store only after the payment is confirmed.

Where to find it

There are two ways in, both open to anyone:

• ecommerceautopilot.com/domains, or the Find your domain name box on the home page. Search a name and press Create my website with this domain.
• ecommerceautopilot.com/start › Name your store. While you type your Business name, it is also checked as a domain (.com first).

These boxes show only while eCommerce Autopilot is selling domains.

Step by step

1. Search your shop's name, for example "rangdhanufashion". Each extension shows Available or Taken, with its price in taka.
2. On an available one, press Create my website with this domain. Or, on the Name your store step, press Use this domain under the message "Congratulations! rangdhanufashion.com is available".
3. The form now shows Your domain: rangdhanufashion.com with its first-year price.
4. Check your Web address (the free address) and finish the form as usual.
5. Press Create store. Your admin panel opens on the domain's order page with "Your store is ready on its free address".
6. Fill in the name the domain is registered in, choose how to pay, tick I understand that domains are not refundable, and press Pay now (or Send for checking for send money).
7. When the payment is confirmed, the domain is bought in your name and your store opens on it. You do not set up any DNS.

Good to know

• Your store works on its free address (yourname.ecommerceautopilot.com) from the first minute, even before the domain is paid.
• Changed your mind? Press Start without the domain (free address only) before you create the store. You can buy a domain later from your admin panel.
• If you chose a paid package too, the order page shows Next: pay for your package after the domain.
• A domain bought here works on every package, Start Free too.
• Domains are sold only with a store, never on their own.

Common problems

• The domain shows Taken. Try another extension, or one of the other available names shown below it.
• No domain box at sign-up. Domain selling is not open right now. Start on the free address and buy a domain later.
