Press Give Feedback at the bottom of any page in your admin panel, write your message, add a screenshot if it helps, and press Send to Authority. The message goes straight to the eCommerce Autopilot team.
Where to find it
Admin › any page › Give Feedback (the button on the right of the footer; the version number is on the left).
Everyone who signs in to your store's admin panel sees it — the owner and every staff member.
Step by step
- Open the page where you had the problem (or any page, for an idea).
- Scroll to the bottom and press Give Feedback.
- Write what happened, or what you would like added. Say what you pressed and what you expected.
- To show the problem, press Add picture / screenshot and pick an image. You can also take a screenshot and paste it into the box with Ctrl+V.
- Press Send to Authority.
- Wait for "Thank you — your message has been sent." The box closes by itself.
Good to know
- Message length: at least 3 characters, up to 3,000.
- Pictures: up to 3, each up to 5 MB. Only pictures (JPG, PNG, WebP) are accepted. Remove one with the × on its thumbnail.
- The page is sent with it: the address of the page you were on goes with your message, along with your store name, your name and your job role. You do not need to explain where you were.
- Up to 5 messages a minute. If you send more, wait a minute and try again.
- One clear problem per message is easier to act on than five problems in one.
A good message for Rangdhanu Fashion might be: "On the order page, I pressed Print invoice and nothing happened. Screenshot attached."
Common problems
- "Please write a few words first." — The message box is empty or too short. Write at least a short sentence.
- "Up to 3 pictures." or "A picture can be at most 5 MB." — Remove a picture, or send a smaller screenshot.
- "Could not send — please check the internet and try again." — Your connection dropped. Your text is still in the box; press Send to Authority again.
