What are Mistakes & fines?

Mistakes & fines is where a mistake on an order is pinned to the person who made it. Anyone who worked on the order, or the office, gives that person a tag. Each tag carries a fine, and the fines come off that month's salary.

Where to find it

• The office: Admin › ERP › Production Department › Mistakes & fines (প্রোডাকশন বিভাগ › ভুল ও জরিমানা). The store owner (Super Admin), Admin and Manager see everyone's tags here.
• Staff: My workspace › Mistakes & fines (আমার কাজ › ভুল ও জরিমানা). Factory workers, Helpers and sellers see their own tags here.

How it works

1. Who worked on the order is known. The order's seller, and whoever submitted its cutting, sewing and QC in Submit work.
2. Someone tags a mistake. One of those people, or the office, finds the order, picks the person who made the mistake and writes what went wrong. Nobody can tag themselves.
3. The fine is fixed on the tag. The tag takes the fine amount set at that moment. If you change the amount later, old tags keep theirs.
4. It goes into the salary. When the month's salary is worked out, all tags that person received that month are taken off as one line: "Mistake fines (n tag(s))".

Example: at "Rangdhanu Fashion" the fine is ৳50. The QC man finds a kameez sewn one size small and tags the sewing operator: "Size does not match". The operator now has one tag this month, and ৳50 comes off their salary.

Good to know

• The fine starts at ৳0. Until the store owner sets an amount, tags are only a record, with no money taken.
• One tag per person per order. Once someone has a tag on an order, nobody can tag them again for that order.
• Tags stay. The person who gave a tag cannot take it back. Only a Super Admin or Admin can remove it, and must write why. A removed tag stays on record, crossed out, with no fine.
• Suggestions by step. When you tag, the app suggests common mistakes for that step (for example "Wrong cutting" or "Wrong address or phone"). You can also type your own.
• Staff see their own. Each person sees how many tags they got this month and in all, the fines, and the tags they gave. Their dashboard also warns them about new tags from the last 3 days.
• Salary needs the login link. Fines reach a salary only when the staff profile is linked to that person's login.
