Open Factory work and pick the dates. You see the totals for cutting, sewing and QC, how many each person did, a day-by-day count and every entry with its photo. Press Download (Excel) to take it into a sheet.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Production Department › Factory work.
The office (Super Admin, Admin, Manager) sees everyone's work. A factory worker sees the same screen with only their own work.
Step by step
- Open Factory work. It starts with this month.
- Use the date button to pick other dates, for example last week.
- Narrow it down if you like: type an invoice or phone number in Search, pick a Step, or (office only) pick a Person. Press Show.
- Read the boxes on top: how many cuttings, sewings and QCs, and the total.
- Look at Who did how many for each person's count per step, with their exceptional work in its own column.
- Look at Day by day for each date's count per step.
- Click a person's name in the Targets table to open their own page: hours worked, target, done and % for each day.
- Press Download (Excel) to get the list as a file.
Good to know
- The work sheet lists every entry, newest first, 50 to a page: when, step, who, invoice, customer, address, amount, order details, a note and the photo.
- Photos. Click a photo to open it full size.
- The download has the date, time, step, exceptional, who did it, invoice, page, customer, phone, address, amount, colour, order details and note. It opens well in Excel with Bangla text.
- Workers can download too, but only their own work.
- Who did how many and Day by day are for the office only.
- The person page is open to the office for anyone, and to each worker for themselves.
- Removing an entry is done from the same list, by the Super Admin or an Admin.
Common problems
- "Nothing submitted for these dates." Pick wider dates, or clear the Step and Person filters.
- A worker is missing from Who did how many. They submitted nothing in these dates.
- A worker shows "no staff profile". Their hours and target cannot be worked out until the login is linked to a staff profile.
