Only the store owner (Super Admin) or an Admin can remove a mistake tag, and they must write the reason. The person who gave the tag cannot take it back, and the person who got it cannot argue it away in the app.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Production Department › Mistakes & fines (প্রোডাকশন বিভাগ › ভুল ও জরিমানা). For a Super Admin or Admin, every tag in the list has a Why remove? box and a Remove button.
Who can use it
| Role | What they can do with a tag |
|---|---|
| Super Admin (store owner) | See everyone's tags, remove any tag with a reason |
| Admin | See everyone's tags, remove any tag with a reason |
| Manager | See everyone's tags and give tags, but not remove them |
| Factory workers, Helpers, sellers | See the tags they got and gave; cannot remove any |
Step by step
- Open Mistakes & fines. Use the dates and the See link next to a person in By person to find the tag.
- In the tag's row, write the reason in Why remove?, for example "Customer gave the wrong size".
- Press Remove.
A message confirms it: "Tag removed: … (no fine)".
Good to know
- A reason is required. Without one, the tag is not removed.
- Nothing is deleted. The tag stays in the list, crossed out, with "Removed by …" and the reason. The person who got it sees "Removed by … — no fine".
- The fine stops counting. Removed tags are left out of the person's totals and their salary.
- After removal, the person can be tagged again on that order, if there really was a mistake.
- Salary already worked out? Open the person's salary slip and press Work out again (while the slip is not yet checked), so the fine comes off.
When a staff member disagrees
Staff cannot remove a tag. If someone thinks a tag is wrong, they should write to the office:
- Go to My workspace › Requests & messages (আবেদন ও মেসেজ) and start a Message.
- In To, pick All Admins, All Super Admins or a person.
- Write the order number and why the tag is wrong, and send it.
The Super Admin or Admin then checks the order and removes the tag if it was a mistake.
