Only the store owner (Super Admin) or an Admin can remove a factory entry. Open Factory work, find the wrong entry and press Remove at the end of its row. The entry and its photo are deleted, and the counts and targets update by themselves.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Production Department › Factory work, in the list of entries at the bottom.
The Remove column shows only for the Super Admin and Admins. A Manager sees everyone's work but cannot remove. A worker cannot remove their own entry either.
Step by step
- Open Factory work.
- Pick the dates of the entry, or type its invoice in Search and press Show.
- Check the row: the step, who did it, the invoice and the photo.
- Press Remove at the end of the row.
- Confirm Remove this entry?.
- A message confirms it, for example "Removed: Sewing of RF1023."
Good to know
- Submitted work stays. Once a step is submitted, the worker cannot take it back. This keeps the record fair for everyone.
- The photo is the proof while the entry stays. Removing the entry deletes its photo too, and it cannot be brought back.
- Counts and targets follow. The person's done count, the totals and the day-by-day numbers drop by one.
- Submitting again. After removing, the right person can submit that step for the order again from Submit work.
- A worker's own repeat. If a worker submits the same step of the same order twice, the second one simply replaces the first. Nothing to remove.
- Daily work reports follow the same rule: only the Super Admin or an Admin removes one.
Common problems
- There is no Remove button. You are not signed in as the Super Admin or an Admin. Ask one of them.
- A worker says "already submitted by" someone else. Another person submitted that step first. If that was wrong, remove the entry, then the worker submits again.
