How do I change factory targets?

Open Factory work and use the Targets box. Set the pieces per hour for cutting, sewing and QC, and the daily break, then press Save targets. To give one person their own number, type it next to their name and press Set.

Where to find it

Admin › ERP › Production Department › Factory work, in the Targets box.

Only the office can change targets: Super Admin, Admin and Manager. Workers see their target but cannot change it.

Step by step

For a whole step:

1. Open Factory work.
2. Under the Targets table, find Cutting per hour, Sewing per hour and QC per hour.
3. Type the new numbers. Half steps work, for example 3.5.
4. Change Break (minutes a day) if your break is longer or shorter.
5. Press Save targets.

For one person:

1. In the Targets table, find the person's row.
2. In the Per hour column, type their own number.
3. Press Set.
4. To send them back to the step's number, empty the box and press Set again.

Good to know

• Starting numbers: cutting 3, sewing 3 and QC 4 an hour, with a 60-minute break.
• Limits: a target per hour from 0 to 100, a break from 0 to 300 minutes.
• The break is taken off only on days longer than 4 hours.
• A person's own number wins over the step's number. The person's page shows "(own)" next to it.
• Past dates change too. Targets are worked out with today's numbers, so a change also shows on earlier dates you look at.
• Only people with their own step (Cutting Man, Sewing Operator, QC Man) have a box in the Per hour column. Helpers have no target.
• Each store keeps its own targets.

Common problems

• No Save targets button. You are signed in as a worker or another role. Ask a Manager, Admin or the owner.
• A person's target did not change after saving the step's number. They have their own number. Empty their box and press Set.
