Each staff member sees their own tags in My workspace › Mistakes & fines: how many mistakes they were tagged for, the fine on each, and the tags they gave to others.

My workspace › Mistakes & fines (আমার কাজ › ভুল ও জরিমানা).
The link shows for staff who work on orders: factory workers and Helpers (the "Factory work" feature), sellers, the sales team and the Data Entry Man. The office (Super Admin, Admin, Manager) opens Production Department › Mistakes & fines and presses Mine to see their own.
How it works
At the top, three cards:
- My mistakes this month: how many tags, and the total fine.
- My mistakes in all: the same since the start.
- Tags I gave: how many tags you gave to others.
Below, two lists for the dates you pick (this month at first):
- Mistakes I was tagged for: when, the order number, the step (Seller, Cutting, Sewing, QC), what the mistake was and the note, who tagged you, and the fine.
- Tags I gave: the same for the tags you gave, with the person's name, but without the fine. Staff see only their own money; the office sees every fine.
Example: a sewing operator at "Rangdhanu Fashion" opens the page and sees "My mistakes this month: 2, Fine ৳100". One row says order RF-1024, Sewing, "Size does not match", tagged by the QC man.
Good to know
- A removed tag is crossed out, with "Removed by … — no fine" under it. It does not count in your totals.
- Your dashboard warns you. When you get a tag, your dashboard shows a notice like "1 mistake tag(s) for you in the last 3 days" with a See button. It also has a Mistakes & fines section with this month's count and fine.
- The salary. When your salary is worked out, the fines of the month come off as one line: "Mistake fines". You can check it in My salary.
- You can tag too from the same page, in Tag a mistake, if you worked on the order.
Common problems
- I think a tag is wrong. You cannot remove it yourself. Send a message to the office in Requests & messages with the order number and why.
- I do not see Mistakes & fines in my menu. Your job does not include work on orders. Ask the store owner.
- The list is empty. Change the dates; the page starts on this month.
