A factory worker's target is the hours they worked that day multiplied by their target per hour. The hours come from the card machine: from the first punch to the last, less the break. To start, the target per hour is 3 for cutting, 3 for sewing and 4 for QC.
Where to find it
- The worker sees it on Admin › My workspace › Submit work (today and this month) and on their own dashboard.
- The office sees everyone in the Targets table on Admin › ERP › Production Department › Factory work. Click a name for that person's day-by-day page.
How it works
- Hours worked. From the day's first punch to the last punch on the card machine.
- Less the break. The break (60 minutes to start) is taken off any day longer than 4 hours.
- Times the rate. Hours × the target per hour for that person's step.
- Rounded each day. Each day's target is rounded on its own, then the days are added up.
- Done is the number of orders that person submitted for their own step.
Example: a Sewing Operator punches in at 9:00 and out at 18:30. That is 9 hours 30 minutes, less a 60-minute break = 8 hours 30 minutes. At 3 an hour the target is 25.5, rounded to 26. If they submitted 22 sewings, 4 are left and they are at 85%.
Good to know
- No last punch yet today? The hours count up to now.
- Forgot the last punch on an earlier day? The hours count up to the end of their duty time on the staff profile (20:00 if none is set).
- Absent, leave and day-off days have no target.
- Only their own step counts. Exceptional work is shown next to the target, not counted in it. Helpers and the office have no target.
- Colours on the % column: green at 100% or more, amber from 80%, red below 80%.
- The login must be linked to a staff profile in ERP › HR Department › Staff. Without it, the hours are not known and the target stays 0.
- Nightly report. If Telegram reports are on, the owner's report lists factory people behind today's target.
- You can change the numbers for each step, for one person, and the break.
Common problems
- "Your login is not linked to attendance — tell the office" (or no staff profile on the Targets table). Link the login to the person's staff profile.
- Target is 0 on a day the person worked. No punches came for that day. Check Attendance for that day.
