How does a seller see who worked on an order?

A seller opens the order from My Orders. The Factory work box on the order shows who did the cutting, the sewing and the QC, and when. If something is wrong, the seller presses Message next to that person.

Where to find it

Admin › ERP › Sales Department › My Orders (আমার অর্ডার), then open an order. Office staff see the same list under the name Seller orders.

A seller (the "Seller: own page only" feature) sees only the orders of the pages they run.

How it works

When a factory worker finishes a step, they photograph the order page in Submit work. That fills in the order by itself:

  • In the order list, small coloured tags appear under the order number, for example "✂ Cutting by Jamal".
  • On the order page, the Factory work box has one line for each step: Cutting, Sewing and QC. A done step shows "This order: Cutting by Jamal", the date and time, the worker's note if they wrote one, and the photo they took. Press the photo to see it full size.
  • A step that is not done yet shows "— not yet".

So a seller can tell a customer where the order is without calling the factory.

Example: order RF-1024 for "Rangdhanu Fashion" shows Cutting and Sewing done, and QC "— not yet". The seller tells the customer it is in the last check.

Talk to the person

Next to each done step there is a Message button (not next to your own work). It opens a new message in Requests & messages (আবেদন ও মেসেজ), already addressed to that person, with the order number and the step in the subject. Write what is wrong and send it.

Good to know

  • Mistake tags show here too. If someone was tagged for a mistake on this order, the tag shows under the steps, with who gave it. A removed tag is crossed out.
  • Tag a mistake. If you worked on the order (as its seller), a Tag a mistake button appears in the same box.
  • The steps show only after the worker submits them with a photo. If the factory has not submitted yet, the line stays "not yet".

Common problems

  • The Factory work box says "not yet" but the work is done. The worker has not submitted it. Ask them to photograph the page in Submit work.
  • I cannot open an order. A seller sees only the orders of their own pages. Ask the office if the order is on another page.
