Under the big top card, the CEO dashboard shows the same number cards as the Courier page, for the dates you picked on the dashboard. Press Courier details → to open the full Courier page on the same dates.
Where to find it
Admin › CEO DASHBOARD (সিইও ড্যাশবোর্ড), the row headed Steadfast courier (or Courier · all couriers when you use more than one courier). Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees it.
The full page is Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Courier & parcels (কুরিয়ার ও পার্সেল).
How it works
Each card shows taka with the parcel count under it, and a small (X%): its share of what was booked with the courier in these dates. Click a card to open those parcels.
- Sales noted by the team and Booked with courier (by booking day).
- Delivered: counted by the day it was delivered, whenever it was booked. The taka is what was collected.
- Cancelled / returned: counted by the day it was cancelled.
- Missing at Steadfast and Outside booking: parcels booked in these dates, like the other booking cards. Click one to open the parcel list for the same dates.
- Double booking (same invoice): shown only when there is one.
- Steadfast balance: money waiting to be paid out to you, with the fees so far.
- Pending amount and Partly delivered amount: money still to come, and what partly delivered parcels brought against what they were booked for.
- Delivery charges and COD charges: what the courier took. COD charges are the charges already taken: from Steadfast's payouts paid in these dates, plus each parcel's own COD charge when its payout is not counted.
- Booked without CRM: parcels that are yours but were booked straight in the courier panel, with no order here.
- Success rate, Less collected and a small bar chart (booked, delivered, on the way, cancelled), only on the dashboard.
Example: "Rangdhanu Fashion" picks Yesterday. Booked with courier shows yesterday's bookings, while Delivered shows every parcel delivered yesterday, even ones booked last week.
Good to know
- Delivered and cancelled differ from the Courier page. There every card follows the booking day. On the dashboard they follow the day it happened, so for Today or Yesterday you still see real deliveries.
- The money cards are the owner's. Staff on the Courier page see parcel counts only, never the taka totals, Steadfast balance or charges.
- The dashboard keeps its numbers for 3 minutes, and the Steadfast balance for 10 minutes. Press Refresh for fresh numbers; it also asks Steadfast for the balance again.
Common problems
- Delivered is higher than Booked. That is normal: Delivered counts parcels delivered in these dates, including ones booked before them.
- Steadfast balance shows —. The balance could not be read from Steadfast. Check your Steadfast keys.
