Do the courier cards follow the dates I pick?

Yes. Every number card on the Courier page and in the courier row of the CEO dashboard follows the dates you pick at the top. Since November 2026 that includes Outside booking and Missing at Steadfast, which used to count all time. The one card that is not about dates is the Steadfast balance: it is what Steadfast holds for you right now.

Where to find it

Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Courier & parcels (কুরিয়ার ও পার্সেল): the cards at the top. Everyone with courier access sees them, within their role's months. Outside booking shows for the Super Admin, Admin, Manager and Marketing Manager.
Admin › CEO DASHBOARD (সিইও ড্যাশবোর্ড): the row headed Steadfast courier (or Courier · all couriers). Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees it.

How it works

Outside booking and Missing at Steadfast count parcels booked in the chosen dates. Their labels no longer say "(all time)".
Click a card and the parcel list opens on the same dates (and the same courier, if you opened one courier's tab).
The (X%) beside each number is its share of what was booked in those dates, for these two cards as well.
To see every missing or outside parcel, pick Lifetime. Staff see only as far back as their role allows; for example, Lifetime becomes the last 6 months for a Manager.
On the Courier page every card goes by the booking day. On the CEO dashboard, Delivered and Cancelled / returned go by the day it happened instead.

Example: "Rangdhanu Fashion" picks This month. Missing at Steadfast shows 2 parcels booked this month. A parcel from last March that Steadfast still shows as Unknown is not in this number. The owner switches to Lifetime to see it, then clicks the card to open the full list.

The Steadfast balance and Refresh

The panel asks Steadfast for your balance and keeps the answer for 10 minutes. The CEO dashboard keeps its other numbers for 3 minutes.
Refresh on the CEO dashboard works the numbers out again and asks Steadfast for the balance again, so you see the latest figure at once.
On the Courier page, Check now (bringing in Steadfast's updates) also reads the balance again.
Only the Super Admin sees the balance and the courier ৳ totals and charges.

Good to know

Maybe you'll lose on the CEO dashboard still counts Missing at Steadfast over all time, in full, because that money is at risk whenever it was booked.
A shorter period now gives smaller numbers on these two cards. That is expected, not parcels disappearing.
