When the CEO dashboard shows Today or Yesterday, the courier row has an In review · right now box. It counts the parcels sitting at Steadfast In review at this moment (added, not approved yet), with their cash-on-delivery amount, when your list was last matched with the Steadfast panel, and a ⟳ Sync button.
Where to find it
Admin › CEO DASHBOARD (সিইও ড্যাশবোর্ড), with the date set to Today or Yesterday, in the row of courier cards. Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees the CEO dashboard. For longer dates the box is not shown.
How it works
The box has four parts:
- The count, for example "12 parcels": parcels whose status is In review right now. It does not change with the dates; it is always "now".
- The amount, for example "৳31,400 · added, not approved yet" (big amounts show as L or Cr): the cash to collect on those parcels.
- matched … ago: when the Steadfast panel was last read with the Sync button, for example "matched 2 hours ago", or "matched never".
- List → opens Courier & parcels with the In review parcels.
The ⟳ Sync button is the same as Sync from Steadfast on the Courier page. Clicking it on the dashboard only shows a reminder. Drag it once to your browser's bookmarks bar. Then open the Steadfast panel (steadfast.com.bd), sign in, and click the bookmark there. Every In review and Pending parcel comes into your list. The link turns red when the last match is more than 6 hours old, or has never happened.
Why the number can differ from Steadfast. A parcel booked straight in the Steadfast panel reaches your list only when the Sync button reads the panel, or when Steadfast later sends its first status update (for example once it is approved). Until then Steadfast may show more In review parcels than the box. Click Sync on the panel and refresh the dashboard: the numbers match.
Example: at Rangdhanu Fashion the owner checks Today at 6 pm. The box says "8 parcels · matched 9 hours ago", with Sync in red. The Steadfast panel shows 11 In review. She opens the panel, clicks her Sync bookmark, refreshes the dashboard: 11 parcels, "matched 1 minute ago".
Good to know
- The Sync button needs the live-updates token. If your store has not set up Steadfast live updates, the box shows no Sync link. Set it up on the Courier page first.
- Use a computer. Dragging to the bookmarks bar works in a desktop browser.
- New token, new bookmark. If someone presses New token on the live-updates card, drag the button to the bookmarks bar again.
Common problems
- The box is not there. Pick Today or Yesterday in the date button.
- "matched never". The Sync bookmark has not been used yet. Follow the steps above once.
- Clicking Sync shows an alert. That is the reminder: drag it to the bookmarks bar, and click it on the Steadfast panel, not on the dashboard.
