Press the date button at the top of the CEO dashboard (it shows a calendar icon and the dates in use, such as "Today") and pick a new choice. The page reloads at once with the numbers for those dates.
Where to find it
Admin › CEO DASHBOARD, the button next to Refresh at the top right. You see it if you can open the CEO dashboard, which is the store owner (Super Admin) only.
The same button is used on other pages, such as Business history.
Step by step
- Press the date button.
- Pick a choice: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 28 days, Last 30 days, This week, Last week, This month, Last month or Lifetime. The page reloads straight away.
- For your own dates, pick Custom. Two date boxes appear.
- Choose the first and the last day, then press Apply.
How it works
- The dashboard opens on Today. Pick another choice to see a longer period. Opening the dashboard again from the menu starts on Today.
- Weeks run Saturday to Friday. "This week" starts on the last Saturday.
- Lifetime starts on the first day your store has any data: a booked parcel, a seller's daily numbers or a website order.
- The change shown next to Sales and Orders compares your dates with the same number of days just before them. For "Last 7 days" it compares with the 7 days before that.
- The chart shows one bar group per day for up to 62 days, per week up to about 13 months, and per month for longer.
- What follows the dates: the big Sales and Delivered numbers, the chart, Courier, Sellers, Customers, Profit, money in and out, and Facebook ads.
- What does not: Today so far, Team today and Chat inbox now always show today; Salaries shows this month; the Seller race shows this week; Needs you now always shows what is waiting right now; Money position and Cash now use today's balances.
Good to know
- The dates are kept in the page address. Bookmark it, or send the link to yourself, to open the same dates again.
- Refresh keeps the dates you picked.
- In Custom, the last day cannot be after today. If you choose the days the wrong way round, the dashboard swaps them.
Example: the owner of "Rangdhanu Fashion" picks Last month at the start of each month to see the full month's sales, deliveries and profit, then This month to follow the new month.
Common problems
- Custom shows the wrong dates. Press Apply after choosing both days; changing the boxes alone does not reload the page.
