The CEO dashboard works out what this month's salaries come to so far, for everyone on the payroll, by the same salary rules as the payslip. It then estimates what they will come to tomorrow and at the month end, if work and sales carry on at the same pace.
Where to find it
Admin › CEO DASHBOARD (সিইও ড্যাশবোর্ড), in the big top card:
- Under Money position · now: "salaries so far" and "month end ≈".
- Three boxes below: If salaries are paid with today's figures, With tomorrow's figures (estimate) and At the month end (estimate). Each shows the salary bill and what would be left.
- How this is worked out shows the full list, with each department's figure and the advances already given.
Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees it.
How it works
Each line of a person's payslip is carried to the day like this:
- Basic salary (and an office person's monthly TA/DA): shared out by the days employed so far. Half the month gone means half the basic.
- What grows with the work (overtime, a day off worked, a seller's daily TA/DA, part-time work bills): as it is today, then carried on at the same pace.
- A seller's level, basic and sales %: from this month's successful sales so far. For tomorrow and the month end, parcels still on the way count at that seller's own success rate, and the level is decided again.
- Attendance bonus: only at the month end, because it needs the whole month on time.
- Fines, absences, mistakes, prizes and anything typed on the payslip: as they are now.
- Advances given this month are taken off.
People whose payslip for this month is already paid are left out, because that payment is already in the cashbook.
Example: on the 15th of a 30-day month, a sewing operator at "Rangdhanu Fashion" with ৳12,000 basic shows about ৳6,000 so far, plus overtime to date, less a ৳1,000 advance.
Good to know
- Money position takes it off. Money position subtracts this month's salaries so far, and last month's payslips not yet marked paid.
- Only the salaries change in the three boxes. Cash, courier and dues stay as they are now.
- Worked out again every 5 minutes. Press Refresh for a fresh figure now. A new day always starts fresh.
- It is an estimate. The real amount is on the payslip in Admin › ERP › HR Department › Payroll.
Common problems
- Salaries show ৳0. No one is on the payroll yet, or every payslip this month is already paid.
- One person looks wrong. Check their salary rules and this month's payslip in Payroll.
