Courier & parcels first shows a summary of your parcels for the chosen dates: status tabs, totals, a table by page and seller and a day-by-day table. Press All parcels for the full list, where you can search, filter and open each parcel.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Courier & parcels. How far back you see depends on your role: the owner sees everything, Admin the last 12 months, Manager 6, Marketing Manager 3, Production Manager 3 (to see only), Courier Manager 2, and a seller 2 months of their own pages only. This month counts as the first. Other roles do not see courier data.
After the free trial, this screen needs a package with "Courier tabs & panel match".
How it works
The summary page (Courier)
- Courier tabs at the top (All couriers, then one per courier) when you use more than one courier.
- Date range: this month unless you pick other dates. Parcels count on the day they were booked.
- Status tabs with counts, the same as the Steadfast panel: Pending, Approval pending, Delivered, Partly delivered, Cancelled, In review, Exceptional. Click one to open those parcels.
- Boxes: Booked with courier, Delivered (with the success rate), Cancelled / returned, and Missing at Steadfast. Double booking shows when there is one. Outside booking shows for the owner, Admin and Manager. Booked without CRM counts parcels booked straight at the courier that are yours (a page's invoice code or a known customer's phone) but have no order in the app. Each box shows a small (X%): its share of everything booked in those dates.
- Money boxes for the same dates: Pending amount (money still to come from parcels in the Pending tab) and Partly delivered amount (what partly delivered parcels collected, what they were booked for and how much less). The owner also sees Delivery charges and COD charges, what the courier took. The COD charge is kept for each parcel from 1 November 2026 on, when the courier sends it; before that the box shows —.
- By courier: booked, delivered, pending, cancelled and success for each courier.
- By page and seller: the same numbers for each sales page, with a coloured bar. Click a page to see its parcels.
- Day by day: click a day to see that day's parcels.
Success = delivered ÷ (delivered + cancelled). Example: Rangdhanu Fashion delivered 80 parcels and 20 came back, so its success is 80%.
The parcels list (All parcels)
- The same status tabs, then Missing at Steadfast, Booked without CRM, Outside booking (owner, Admin and Manager) and Double booking when there is one.
- Search by phone, name, invoice or parcel ID. Filter by Page (also "Website"), Courier and booking dates, then press Filter. Clear removes the filters.
- Each row shows the booking date, invoice and parcel ID, customer and phone, page, COD amount, status and the courier's last message. 50 parcels a page.
- Click a row to open the parcel: customer, money, where it came from and everything that happened to it.
Good to know
- Approval pending means the rider marked it delivered or cancelled but the courier has not confirmed it yet.
- Exceptional is Steadfast's name for parcels on hold.
- When COD collected is less than what was asked, the row shows "asked ৳…" in red.
- A seller sees only the pages they run.
Common problems
- "Courier & parcels" is missing from the sidebar. Your role has no courier data. The owner can change your role in Users & logins.
- The dates say "(from 01 Sep)". Your role's limit cut the range. Older parcels are not shown to you.
