Open Courier & parcels and press Payouts. You see every payout Steadfast has sent you: the cash collected, the delivery fees and COD charge taken off, and what was paid to you. Click a payout to see its parcels.

Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Courier & parcels, button Payouts.
This is part of the owner's money picture. Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees it. Money overview (owner) opens for the Super Admin only, even when ticked for staff, so Admin, Manager and Courier Manager never see payouts.
How it works
The app reads your payouts from Steadfast by itself, with your store's Steadfast keys, in the check that runs every 10 minutes. Check now on the Courier page reads them at once.
At the top, totals over every payout read so far:
- COD collected: cash the courier collected from customers, and how many payouts.
- Delivery fees: the courier's delivery charges.
- COD charge: the courier's charge for collecting cash.
- Paid to you: what reached you.
Below, one row per payout, newest first (40 per page): Paid date, Payout ID, Method, Parcels, COD, Fees, Charge and Paid to you.
Click a payout ID to open the parcels list for that payout only. Each of those parcels shows Paid out: Yes, with the date and payout ID, on its own page.
Example: Rangdhanu Fashion gets a payout of ৳48,200 COD. Steadfast takes ৳3,900 in delivery fees and ৳480 COD charge, so ৳43,820 is paid to the shop.
Good to know
- Steadfast balance: on the Courier page the store owner also sees a Steadfast balance box, the money still to be paid out to you, with the fees so far. It is refreshed at most every 10 minutes, or after Check now.
- Less collected: when a parcel is delivered for less than was asked, the parcel's page shows Less collected, and By page and seller shows it per page.
- Into the cashbook by themselves. On Accounts Department › Accounts, the owner can set a start date and an account for each payout method. Each paid payout is then written in the cashbook as money in (Sales money received), once.
- Steadfast only. Payouts are read from Steadfast. Other couriers' payments are not listed here.
- Parcels shows "…" while that payout's parcel list is still being read. It fills in on a later check.
Common problems
- "No payouts read yet — they come in by themselves within a few minutes." Save your Steadfast keys in Couriers & keys, then wait for the next check or press Check now.
- There is no Payouts button. Payouts are for the owner. Sign in as the owner.
