Look at Cash now (এখন ক্যাশ), the last column of the big coloured card at the top of the CEO dashboard. It shows your own cash (CEO Cash), the factory's cash and the office's cash, one under the other, with the Total cash below them.
Where to find it
Admin › CEO DASHBOARD (সিইও ড্যাশবোর্ড) › the top card › Cash now, beside Money position · now. Click Cash now to open Accounts.
Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees it.
How it works
Every active account counts in one of three places, set on the account under Counts on the CEO dashboard as:

Each amount is the account's balance now. A plus amount shows with "+", and a minus amount with "−" on a darker band, so a place that has spent more than it had stands out.
Example: on Rangdhanu Fashion's dashboard the column reads CEO Cash +৳1,80,000, Factory cash −৳2,000, Office cash +৳4,500, Total cash +৳1,82,500. The factory spent ৳2,000 more than it was given, so the owner hands over more cash and asks for the missing entries.
Good to know
- The dates do not change it. Cash now is always today's balances. The dashboard itself opens on Today.
- It is not Money position. Money position also adds the Steadfast balance and parcels on the way, and takes off supplier dues and salaries. Cash now is only the money in your accounts.
- On a phone the column moves under the four big numbers, across the full width. The screen tiles come at the very end of the page.
- The money shortcuts (Money in, Money out, Money transfer, Cashbook, Suppliers & bills) sit at the top of the dashboard, on the greeting's line. On a phone they sit on one small line under Today, Refresh and Store dashboard.
- The numbers are kept for 3 minutes. Press Refresh to see a new entry at once.
Common problems
- Factory cash and Office cash are always ৳0. No account is set to those places. Edit the accounts on Accounts.
- A new entry is not in the total yet. Press Refresh. If it is a hand-over, it counts only after it is confirmed.
