The CEO dashboard is the store owner's home page. It puts the whole business on one screen: sales from your Facebook pages and your website, what was delivered, your money position, profit, your team today, your chats and a short list of what needs you now.
Where to find it
Admin › CEO DASHBOARD (সিইও ড্যাশবোর্ড), the first link in the sidebar. The address is /admin/dashboard.
The owner always lands here. It is for the store owner (Super Admin) only: its tick, Dashboards (owner), does not open it for staff even when ticked. Every other staff member starts on My dashboard.
How it works
The four big numbers at the top, for the dates you picked (the dashboard opens on Today):
- Sales: orders and amount, split into pages and website, with the change against the same number of days just before.
- Delivered: parcels delivered, the success rate and what was cancelled.
- Today so far: today's orders, amount and messages, next to yesterday's, with website orders to confirm, delivered today and parcels on the way.
- Money position: cash in your accounts, plus your Steadfast balance and parcels on the way, minus what you owe suppliers.
Beside them, Cash now shows where your money sits today: your own CEO Cash, Factory cash, Office cash and Total cash.
At the top, on the greeting's line, the money shortcuts open Money in, Money out, Money transfer, Cashbook and Suppliers & bills in one tap.
Needs you now lists what is waiting, each line a link straight to it. For example: orders older than a day not booked with the courier, parcels on hold, website orders to confirm, a page with no numbers for yesterday, overdue customer follow-ups, unpaid salaries from last month, staff requests, money hand-overs waiting to be confirmed, customers waiting in the chat inbox, new messages from the website's Contact us page. When nothing waits it says "All clear — nothing is waiting for you." On a wide screen Present but no activity sits beside it in its own card.
Further down you find:
- A chart of sales, booked with courier and delivered, by day (by week or month for long date ranges).
- Courier, Sellers (one row per page: messages, orders, order rate, sales, delivered, success) and Customers (who ordered, and how many came back).
- Cash in your accounts, money in and out, and Supplier dues.
- Facebook ads: spent, per message and per order, once Facebook Ads is connected.
For the owner only: Profit (a rough figure: delivered, minus goods bought and expenses), Team today, Chat inbox now, Salaries for this month, Staff requests, Factory and this week's Seller race. The ad spend is also shown to the owner only.
Good to know
- Each part appears only when it has something to show. A shop that sells only on its website will not see the factory or attendance parts.
- The numbers are kept for 3 minutes. Press Refresh to work them out again now, on the same dates.
- Store dashboard at the top opens the simpler website-orders dashboard. Its Back to CEO dashboard button brings you straight back.
- On a phone Today, Refresh and Store dashboard sit on one line, with the money shortcuts small on one line under them. The screen tiles come at the very end of the page, after all the numbers.
- The profit figure warns you when there are no supplier bills in the dates. Without bills the cost of goods is missing and profit looks too high.
Common problems
- A number looks old. Press Refresh.
- Profit looks far too high. Enter your supplier bills for those dates.
