Four features on a login decide who sees the sellers' orders. Sales team: every page and Courier and Every order: see and print see every page's orders. Seller: own page only sees only the pages that person runs. The store owner (Super Admin) sees everything. Sending an order to the courier is a separate tick, Send orders to the courier.
Where to find it
The orders are in Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Seller orders. A seller sees the same screen as My Orders.
You give the features in Admin › Administration › Users & access › Users & logins. Open the person, pick their job, and tick or untick the features.

Send to Courier needs Send orders to the courier (or the Super Admin). A seller does not send: they press Request courier send, and the office answers in Courier send requests.
Which jobs get which feature by default:
- Admin, Manager, Marketing Manager and Moderator: Sales team: every page (all but the Moderator also get Send orders to the courier).
- Seller: Seller: own page only.
- Courier Manager: Courier and Send orders to the courier.
- Data Entry Man: Every order: see and print and Send orders to the courier.
- Production Manager: Every order: see and print.
Good to know
- Deleting an order needs ERP settings (owner), so only the Super Admin deletes. Other people can only cancel.
- Changes after booking. When the office changes the name, phone, address or amount of an order already with the courier, or cancels it, the order shows a note to fix it in Steadfast too.
- A seller's pages. "Own pages" are the pages where that person is chosen as the seller, in Sales team › Pages & people.
- Factory orders. People with Own cash wallet who record Sales from factory see only the orders made for, or taken at, the factory.
- Photos of factory work. The photo a worker takes at cutting, sewing or QC is seen by that worker, the office, and the people who can see that order.
- Money stays with the owner. None of these features shows profit, salaries or courier payouts.
Common problems
- A seller sees another seller's orders. That login has Sales team: every page. Untick it and keep Seller: own page only.
- Someone needs to print but must not change orders. Give them Every order: see and print instead of Sales team: every page.
