When you tick one or more orders, a dark bar appears at the top of the screen. It shows how many orders you picked and the buttons that work on all of them at once. It stays on top while you scroll, so you can keep ticking down the list.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Seller orders (a seller sees the same list as My Orders). Tick the box at the start of any row.
How it works
The bar holds, from left to right:
| Part | What it does |
|---|---|
| Green count, e.g. 4 selected | How many orders are ticked |
| Print selected | Opens the print page for the ticked orders, one A4 page each. Only orders already sent to the courier print |
| Factory cards (no money) | Prints the factory work cards, without prices |
| Request courier send for selected | For sellers: asks the office to send the ticked orders |
| Send selected to Courier | For people who can book: books the ticked orders (pick the courier first if you have more than one) |
| Clear | Unticks everything and hides the bar |
The note on the right reminds you: print takes only orders already sent to the courier, all in one go.
Example: at Rangdhanu Fashion, the Data Entry Man ticks the 12 orders the sellers confirmed this morning. The bar says 12 selected. He presses Send selected to Courier, then, with the same orders still ticked, Print selected.
Good to know
- Tick all on this page with the box at the top of the list. It ticks only the orders on the page you see.
- You see only the buttons your job allows. A seller sees Request courier send for selected; the office sees Send selected to Courier.
- Limits. Up to 50 orders are booked at once, and up to 100 printed.
- Risky customers are skipped by Send selected to Courier. Send them one by one.
