A seller sees only their own work. They enter orders and daily numbers for the Facebook pages they run, follow those orders to the courier and see their own bonus. They never see other sellers' pages or the shop's money.
Where to find it
A seller is a login with the job Seller. Its main feature is Seller: own page only. You set this in Admin › Administration › Users & access › Users & logins. A page belongs to a seller when that person is chosen as the page's seller in Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Sales team › Pages & people.
Who can use it

They also see My workspace: their own dashboard, Notifications, Requests & messages and My tasks. My attendance and My salary appear once their login is linked to a staff profile.
Good to know
- The sidebar uses the seller's own names. A seller sees My Orders, Sales Team Update and My Bonus. The office sees the same screens as Seller orders, Sales team and Seller bonus.
- One week to change an order. A seller can change or cancel their order for 7 days, and only until it is sent to the courier. After that only the office can change it.
- One week for daily numbers. A seller can fill in or fix the numbers for the last 7 days. Older days are fixed by the office.
- Courier data for two months. A seller sees parcels from this month and last month only.
- Who worked on each order. On their orders, a seller sees who did the cutting, sewing and QC.
- Notes from the factory and the customer's video. The factory can write to the seller about an order; the seller answers on the order. The seller also adds the customer's video (upload, link or WhatsApp). See How does a seller answer a note from the factory?
- No money picture. Shop totals, profit, salaries and courier payouts stay with the owner.
Common problems
- The seller sees no pages or orders. The page has no seller yet. Open Sales team › Pages & people, edit the page and choose this person as its seller.
- "You can only enter numbers for your own page." The seller tried to enter numbers for a page that is not theirs.
- The Edit button is gone. The order is older than a week or is already with the courier. Ask the office to change it.
