A Data Entry Man is the office person who sends the sellers' orders to the courier and prints them. They see every page's orders, press Send to Courier, then print the invoice and the factory card. They cannot make, change or cancel an order.
Where to find it
Give the person a login in Admin › Administration › Users & access › Users & logins and pick the job Data Entry Man. Its two features, Every order: see and print and Send orders to the courier, are ticked by themselves.
They work in Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Seller orders. Their dashboard also shows a Sellers' orders box with the orders waiting to be sent, today's orders and the ones to fix in Steadfast.

Good to know
- Print after sending. An order prints only after it is sent to the courier. Orders taken at the factory print too.
- Risky customers. A customer marked as risky must be sent on their own, with the Advance taken? question answered first. Send selected to Courier skips them and says why.
- Up to 50 at once. Send selected to Courier books up to 50 ticked orders at a time. Print takes up to 100.
- Extra features you can add. The user form suggests Daily work report, Website orders and Order & product reports as fine for this job.
- Other jobs can get it too. Send orders to the courier comes with the Admin, Manager, Marketing Manager and Courier Manager roles and can be given to a Store Manager. Every order: see and print can be given to a Manager, Store Manager, Courier Manager or Helper. Sellers never send: they press Request courier send.
Common problems
- "Send the order to the courier first." The ticked orders are not sent yet. Send them, then print.
- An order has a mistake. The Data Entry Man cannot fix it. The seller (within a week, before sending) or the office changes it.
- No Seller orders link. The login does not have Every order: see and print. Add it in Users & logins.
- No Send to Courier button. The login does not have Send orders to the courier. Add it in Users & logins.
