Notes on an order go between the people working on it. Factory workers and the office write to the order's seller. The Data Entry Man can write to the seller and to the cutting and sewing people. The seller does not start notes: they answer them.
Where to find it
Open the order. The box is Notes to the seller for most people, and Notes on this order for the Data Entry Man. It shows only for people who can see that order.

Good to know
- The seller is the login that runs the order's page. If the page has no seller login, the factory sees "This order's page has no seller login — tell the office."
- Cutting and sewing people for the Data Entry Man are the ones who did that step on the order, or, before anyone has, everyone with that job.
- Answers and Mark done. The two people of a note can Reply and press ✔ Mark done. The store owner can read and answer every note.
- Telegram. If your store sends staff alerts to Telegram, each new note sends a short "Note from …" line with the invoice.
- Limits. A note can be up to 2,000 characters, with one photo.
Common problems
- I see no notes box. You cannot see this order, or you are its seller, or your job cannot write notes.
- A Manager cannot find the order. Notes follow what the person can open: check their features on Users & logins.
