On Seller orders, the small number under each tab is how many orders that tab holds. The box above the list shows how many orders the list itself has. The store owner also sees the taka amount next to each number, and a seller sees it for their own orders.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Seller orders (সেলস বিভাগ › সেলারের অর্ডার). A seller sees the same screen as My Orders.
How it works
The tabs are All, In review, Pending, Approval pending, Delivered, Partly delivered, Cancelled, Fix in Steadfast and Pending — not sent. Under each name you see the count, for example:

The box above the list says, for example, 42 orders · ৳63,000 total, with the dates it covers.
- The numbers follow your filters. The page you picked, the dates and the search are all counted in. Pick one page and every tab shows that page's orders only.
- The amount is the total of the orders' amounts. It shows only when the tab has at least one order.
- Pending — not sent counts the orders that are not cancelled and not yet with the courier.
Example: at Rangdhanu Fashion the owner picks "This month". Pending — not sent shows 18. She opens that tab and sends them to the courier.

Good to know
- The list opens on Lifetime, so at first the numbers cover every order. Pick dates in the date box to narrow them.
- Clicking a tab keeps the page you picked, but not the dates or the search. Set them again if you need them.
- While you look at a courier filter, Pending — not sent shows no number under it. The box above the list still shows the total.
- A seller's counts cover only the pages they run.
Common problems
- The numbers look too small. Check the dates in the box above the list and the page you picked.
- I see counts but no taka. Only the store owner and sellers (for their own orders) see the amounts.
