The Sales team is the part of ERP for shops that sell through Facebook pages, with one seller running each page. Every page gets its own orders, its daily messages, orders and taka, its courier parcels and its place in the seller bonus race.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Sales Department. The group holds these links:
- Seller orders: every order a seller enters, from the new order form to the courier.
- Sales team: each page's messages, orders and taka, day by day and as a summary.
- Seller bonus: weekly and monthly prizes for the best sellers.
- Courier & parcels: the parcels booked for every page.
A seller who runs only their own page sees the same screens under their own names: My Orders, Sales Team Update and My Bonus.
How it works
- Pages first. You add each page with a short code, for example RF for "Rangdhanu Fashion", and the person running it.
- Sellers enter orders. For each order the seller fills in the customer, price and details, or pastes the order text from WhatsApp or Messenger. The invoice number is suggested for them, for example rf1023.
- The day fills itself. Every order counts in that page's day: the day's order count and taka come from the orders entered. The seller only adds the number of messages, or Facebook Ads brings them in.
- Courier. A seller order waits as Pending until someone presses Send to Courier. After that it can be printed.
- Matching parcels. Parcels are put on a page by the letters at the start of their invoice. The Sales team screen then shows when a day has fewer parcels at the courier than orders written.

The store owner sees everything. Admin, Manager and Marketing Manager have Sales team: every page and Send orders to the courier by default.
Good to know
- The Sales team is part of ERP. After the free trial it needs a package that includes "Sales team, seller pages & ERP orders".
- Only the owner sees the ad spend and the Facebook Ads connection.
