How far back a person sees courier data depends on their role. The Super Admin sees everything. Admin sees the last 12 months, Manager 6, Marketing Manager 3, Production Manager 3 (to see only), Courier Manager 2, and a seller 2 months of their own pages only. Every other role sees no courier data at all. This month counts as the first month.

The limit applies everywhere in Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Courier & parcels: the summary, the parcels list, each parcel and the download. The role is the one picked for the person in Admin › Administration › Users & access › Users & logins.

Example: on 30 October 2026, a Manager sees parcels booked from 1 May 2026. A Courier Manager sees from 1 September, a Production Manager from 1 August, and an Admin from 1 November 2025.
How it works
- Dates shrink by themselves. If someone picks a range that starts too early, it starts at their first allowed day, and the label says so, for example "(from 01 Aug)". "Lifetime" becomes "Last 6 months (from 01 May)" for a Manager.
- Older parcels stay closed. Opening an older parcel shows "Older parcels are not shown here."
- Counted by booking day. A parcel belongs to the month it was booked.
Good to know
- Some parts have their own rules. Outside booking is for the Super Admin, Admin, Manager and Marketing Manager only. The ৳ totals, Payouts, the Steadfast balance, the charges and Couriers & keys stay with the Super Admin (store owner) only; the others see parcels and counts.
- Production Manager sees only. They see every page's parcels but cannot book, change statuses, ask for returns or import.
- Sellers. Anyone with the Seller role, or with the Seller: own page only tick, counts as a seller here.
- The tick alone is not enough. Giving the Courier tick to another role, such as Store Manager, does not open courier data. Pick the Courier Manager role for courier work.
- Older logins. Accounts still on the old "admin" or "manager" role count as Admin or Manager.
Common problems
- "Courier & parcels" is missing from someone's sidebar. Their role is not one of the seven above. Change their role in Users & logins.
- A Manager cannot find an old parcel. It was booked before their 6 months. Ask the owner to look it up.
