Go to Sales team, press Pages & people, then press Add page. Type a short code, the page name and the person running it, and press Save.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Sales team › Pages & people. Only people with Sales team: every page (and the owner) can open it.
Step by step
- Go to Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Sales team.
- Press Pages & people at the top.
- Press Add page.
- Short code: a few letters, for example RF for "Rangdhanu Fashion". It is saved in capital letters. Sellers start every invoice with it (rf1023), and parcels are counted for the page by it.
- Page name: the full page name.
- Person running it: the seller's name. If they already have a login, choose it under Their login (optional). Otherwise leave No login.
- Optional: Monthly target ৳, Target orders, and Order # (where the page sits in the list).
- Other codes on courier invoices: add any other invoice beginnings used for this page, separated by commas (for example RF2, RFW).
- Keep Page is running ticked and press Save.
Good to know
- Each short code can be used only once in your store.
- When a seller leaves, edit the page (pencil button) and change the person. Past days keep the old name. New days count for the new person.
- Switching a page off: untick Page is running. The page stays with its history but leaves the order form and the daily form. An old page that is off and has nothing in the chosen dates is hidden from the Sales team screen.
- Saving a page puts every courier parcel whose invoice starts with its codes on the page, old parcels too.
- The office can also add a page on the spot from Today's numbers: choose + New page / person… in the page list.
Common problems
- "The code has already been taken." Another page already uses that code. Edit that page instead, or choose another code.
- A seller's parcels are not counted for their page. Their invoices start with different letters. Add those letters in Other codes on courier invoices.
