How does a seller fill in daily messages, orders and taka?

The seller opens Sales Team Update, presses Today's numbers, types the day's messages, orders and taka, and presses Save. When the seller enters every order in the order form, the orders and taka fill in by themselves, so only the messages are left to type.

Where to find it

  • A seller: Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Sales Team Update.
  • The office and the owner: Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Sales team.

Step by step

  1. Open Sales Team Update (or Sales team).
  2. Press Today's numbers. To fill or fix another day, click that day's cell in the Day by day tab instead.
  3. Check the Page and the Date.
  4. Type Messages, Orders and Taka.
  5. Add a Note if something was unusual, for example "page was down after 5pm".
  6. Press Save. The message also says how many parcels the courier has for that page and day, and how many orders are not with the courier yet.

How it works

  • Orders and taka come from the orders. Every order saved in New order is added to its page's day. A cancelled order is taken out. If a day has orders entered one by one, those counts replace what was typed.
  • Messages stay as typed, unless Facebook Ads is connected. Then they come from the ads and the box cannot be changed.
  • Yesterday reminder. If yesterday's numbers are missing, the seller sees "Yesterday's numbers for RF are not in yet." with an Enter now button.
  • Pink cells in Day by day are past days with nothing entered. A red order count means the courier has fewer parcels than the orders written.

Who can use it

Who What they can do
Seller (own page only) Their own pages, today and the last 7 days
Sales team: every page Every page, any past day; can remove a day
Owner Everything, and sees ad spend

Good to know

  • Future days cannot be entered.
  • A seller cannot change a day older than a week. The message says "Days older than a week can only be changed by the owner." The owner and the office can still fix it.
  • The Summary tab ranks the pages by sales and shows the order rate (orders per 100 messages) and the average order.
