How does the seller bonus race work?

The seller bonus is a weekly and monthly race between your sales pages. Each page is ranked by the delivered taka of the parcels it booked in that week or month, and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places win the prizes you set.

Where to find it

Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Seller bonus. A seller sees it as My Bonus. It is open to people with the features "Sales team: every page" or "Seller: own page only", and to the owner.

How it works

The periods. A week runs Saturday to Friday. A month is the calendar month. Counting starts on the bonus start day, so the first week or month may be shorter.
What counts. Every parcel an active page booked inside the period, including parcels booked straight in the courier's own panel with that page's invoice code.
The score. A delivered parcel adds the full price: the taka the courier collected plus any advance written on the seller's order. A partly delivered parcel adds what was collected plus the advance. A cancelled parcel adds nothing.
Ties. When two pages have the same delivered taka, the one with more delivered parcels is ahead.
While the period runs. The board shows each page's delivered taka and its "on the way" taka, and ranks by both added together. That lets a seller see what is still coming.
The result. It counts delivered taka only. It is given when every parcel of the period is delivered, partly delivered or cancelled. Then the winners appear in the Winners table.

Example: in one week, page A delivers ৳18,000 and has ৳4,000 on the way. Page B delivers ৳20,000 with nothing on the way. During the week A leads (৳22,000 against ৳20,000). When A's last parcels come back cancelled, B wins the week.

What a seller sees

A short line such as "You are 2nd this week. Just ৳1,500 more in orders (once delivered) and you will be 1st!"
This month's target with a progress bar, how much is left and how much a day that means.
A congratulations note when they win, which they close with OK.

Good to know

A page needs some delivered taka to win a place. A week with no deliveries gives no winners.
Only active pages take part. A page switched off on Pages & people drops out.
Results usually come by themselves within the hour once the last parcel is finished.
When the Telegram alert "Seller bonus results" is on, the winners are also sent to your Telegram group.
