Open the order and press Customer cancelled (before sending). The order is marked cancelled and taken out of that day's numbers. A seller can do this on their own orders for a week after entering them, as long as the order is not sent to the courier yet.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Seller orders (a seller's My Orders) › open the order. The button is in the card at the bottom right of the order page.
Who can use it
| Who | What they can cancel |
|---|---|
| Seller (feature "Seller: own page only") | Their own pages' orders, entered in the last 7 days, not yet sent to the courier |
| Feature "Sales team: every page" (the office) | Any order, at any time, also after it is sent |
| Features "Courier", "Every order: see and print" or "Send orders to the courier" only | Nothing. They send and print, but do not change orders |
Step by step
- Open Seller orders and find the order. Search by invoice, name or phone if needed.
- Click the order to open it.
- Press Customer cancelled (before sending).
- The message says "Order cancelled — taken out of the day's numbers." The order now shows Cancelled and is faded on the list.
Good to know
- Changed your mind? Open the order and press Bring the order back. It counts in the day's numbers again.
- A cancelled order is never sent to the courier and never prints.
- The same week rule covers editing: a seller can edit their own order for a week until it is sent. After that only the office can change it.
- Cancelling after sending (office only): the panel cannot cancel a parcel at the courier. The order gets a "Fix in Steadfast" note. Cancel the parcel by hand in the courier's panel, then press Done — fixed in Steadfast on the order.
- To see every cancelled order, choose Cancelled by customer in the Courier filter on the list.
- The store owner (Super Admin) can also Remove an order completely (the "ERP settings (owner)" feature). Use cancel instead when the customer simply said no, so the history stays.
Common problems
- A seller does not see the cancel button. The order is already sent to the courier, or it was entered more than a week ago. Ask the office to cancel it.
- The day's order count did not change. Refresh the Sales team screen. The cancelled order is no longer counted for that day.
