Once Telegram is connected, your store sends two sets of reports by itself. In the evening, at the time you choose, you get the day's summary, and with it the owner's report and the factory queue. After midnight you get yesterday's seller report and courier report. All times are Bangladesh time.
Where to find it
Admin › Administration › Settings › Telegram alerts. The boxes are under After midnight (yesterday's) and Evening summary at (Bangladesh time). Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees this page.
How it works
Evening summary (22:00 unless you change it):
- Sales: today's orders and their amount, messages and ad spend from the sales team, and the top three pages.
- Orders in the ERP: how many were entered today, how many are booked with the courier, how many are not booked yet, and any to fix by hand in the courier's panel.
- Courier: parcels booked today, delivered today with the amount, cancelled or returned today, parcels still on the way, and any courier payment received today.
With it, each as its own message (both ticked to start with):
- The owner's report: today's orders (sellers and website), orders waiting to be sent to the courier and those waiting more than a day, delivered and returned with the return rate, factory people behind today's target, and sellers behind the month's target.
- The factory queue: orders already sent to the courier that still wait for cutting, sewing or QC, with the ones waiting more than 2 days marked.
After midnight (both ticked to start with):
- Every seller: each page's messages, orders, parcels sent to the courier, orders still pending and ad spend per order, then the month so far.
- Courier: parcels booked and their amount, delivered, cancelled, and still on the way.
Example: Rangdhanu Fashion sets the evening summary to 21:30. Every night at about that time the owner reads the day's numbers, and at breakfast the seller and courier reports for yesterday are already waiting.
Good to know
- The store checks the time every 5 minutes, so a report can come a few minutes after the time you set.
- Each report is sent once a day. The night reports start from 00:10 Bangladesh time.
- The reports are in Bangla.
- To try them now, press Send today's summary now or Send yesterday's seller + courier reports on the same page.
- Untick any report you do not want and press Save.
Common problems
- The evening summary did not come. Check that a chat is listed under Who gets the messages and that the time box has the time you expect.
- A report shows zeros. The numbers come from the ERP. A shop that does not use the sales team, courier or factory parts will see zeros there.
