How do I set my shop name, logo, phone and address?

Your shop's name, logo, phone, email and address all live on one page: Admin › Online store › Store design › General settings. Fill in the boxes and press Update.

Where to find it

Admin › Online store › Store design › General settings (অনলাইন স্টোর › স্টোর ডিজাইন). The page opens with the heading "Basic Settings".

The store owner always sees it. A staff member needs the Website design feature, which the Admin role has from the start. Payment numbers, email and keys on these forms are saved only for the owner.

Step by step

Open General settings.
Type your shop's name in Site Name, for example "Rangdhanu Fashion".
Choose your logo in Site Logo. If you have a white version, add it in Logo for coloured / dark backgrounds.
Choose a small square image in Favicon Logo (the icon on the browser tab).
Fill in Site Phone (01XXXXXXXXX) and Site Email.
Write your full address in Site Address.
If you take orders on WhatsApp, add WhatsApp Number and set the next box to Active.
Optional: Support Number 1–3, Number Visible and Google Map Embed Code (see the related answers below).
Press Update. You will see "Site settings has been updated".

Good to know

Already filled in for you. When your store was made, Site Name was set to your business name, Site Phone to the mobile number you gave, and Site Email to your sign-up email. Check them and change what you need.
Required boxes: Site Name, Site Phone, Site Email and Site Address must be filled before the page will save.
Where they show:
- Site Name and Site Logo appear on your store's admin sign-in page and on printed invoices.
- Site Phone and Site Address are also printed on the invoice.
- On phones, the bar at the bottom of the shop has Call and WhatsApp buttons that use Site Phone.
Your Site Name goes into SMS too. The {site} word in your SMS messages is replaced by it.
Images: each logo and the favicon can be up to 2 MB. SVG files are not accepted; use PNG or JPG.
Leaving a logo box empty keeps the logo you already have. You only choose a file when you want to change it.

Common problems

"General settings" is missing in the sidebar. Your login does not have the Website design feature. Ask the owner to tick it in Admin › Administration › Users & access › Users & logins.
The page will not save. One of the required boxes is empty, or Site Email is not a real email address. Fill it and press Update again.
The shop still shows the old logo. Your browser may be showing a saved copy. Reload the page, or open it in a private window.
