Open Admin › Online store › Store design › General settings. Type your number in WhatsApp Number, set the box beside it to Active, check Site Phone, and press Update. For "Call for Order" buttons on product pages, fill Support Number 1–3 and Number Visible.
Where to find it
Admin › Online store › Store design › General settings (অনলাইন স্টোর › স্টোর ডিজাইন). The store owner always sees it; staff need the Website design feature (the Admin role has it).
Step by step
- Open General settings.
- In WhatsApp Number, type your WhatsApp number as 01XXXXXXXXX.
- In the box next to it, choose Active (choose DeActive to hide the round button).
- Check Site Phone. This is the number for the Call and WhatsApp buttons on phones.
- For Call for Order buttons, fill Support Number 1, 2 and 3 with the numbers you want.
- In Number Visible, type 1, 2 or 3: how many of those numbers to show.
- Press Update, then open a product page on your phone and on a computer and tap each button once to test it.

Good to know
- The round button adds +88 for you, so type the number starting with 01.
- On phones, the round WhatsApp button is hidden. Phone visitors use the bottom bar instead, which opens WhatsApp on your Site Phone. If your WhatsApp is on a different number, put that number in Site Phone too, or keep both the same.
- Number Visible must be 1, 2 or 3. Any other value (or empty) shows no Call for Order button. Fill a Support Number for each button you show, or the button will call nothing.
- A new store starts with WhatsApp off and Site Phone set to the mobile number you gave at sign-up.
Common problems
- The WhatsApp button does not appear on my computer. The box next to WhatsApp Number is on DeActive. Choose Active and press Update.
- I cannot see the WhatsApp button on my phone. That is normal: on phones it is in the bar at the bottom of the screen, and it uses Site Phone.
- A button opens the wrong chat or "number invalid". Check the number has no spaces or extra digits, press Update, and test again. If it still fails, tell us with Give feedback at the bottom of any admin page.
