Go to Admin › Online store › Store design › Footer, paste the full address of each page into Facebook Link, Instagram Link, YouTube Link, LinkedIn Link and TikTok Link, and press Update. Round icons for the links you filled in appear at the bottom of your shop's footer.
Where to find it
Admin › Online store › Store design › Footer (অনলাইন স্টোর › স্টোর ডিজাইন). The page opens with the heading "Footer Customize".
The store owner always sees it. Staff need the Website design feature (the Admin role has it).
Step by step
- Open your Facebook page in a browser and copy its address from the address bar, for example
https://www.facebook.com/rangdhanufashion. - In the admin panel, open Footer.
- Paste it into Facebook Link.
- Do the same for Instagram Link, YouTube Link, LinkedIn Link and TikTok Link.
- If your shop has a phone app, paste its store pages into Play Store Link and App Store Link.
- Press Update.
- Open your shop, scroll to the footer and click each icon once to check it.
Where the links show
- Footer, bottom row: one round icon each for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn, next to the copyright line.
- Footer, under your logo: the Google Play and App Store badges, linked to your Play Store Link and App Store Link.
Good to know
- Use full addresses that start with
https://. A page name alone, like "rangdhanufashion", will not open the right page. - Only filled links show. An icon or app badge with an empty link, or a link that does not start with
https://, is left out, so you never get a dead icon. - The same Footer page also holds your company details, footer address, email and phone, copyright text, and the categories, pages and tags listed in the footer.
- There is an older "Social icons" list at your store address +
/admin/social-icons. Your shop's footer does not use it, so put your links on the Footer page.
Common problems
- An icon opens Facebook's home page instead of my page. The link was copied from the wrong page, or is cut short. Open your page, copy the address bar again and paste it.
- "Footer" is missing in my sidebar. Your login does not have the Website design feature. Ask the owner to tick it in Users & logins.
- My changes did not show. Make sure you pressed Update and saw "Site settings has been updated", then reload the shop page.
