The owner's report is a short Telegram message, in Bangla, that comes with your evening summary. Read it top to bottom: today's orders, orders still waiting for the courier, today's deliveries and returns, then the factory people and sellers who are behind target.
Where to find it
It comes to every Telegram chat listed under Who gets the messages in Admin › Administration › Settings › Telegram alerts. It is switched on or off with the box With it, the owner's report under the evening summary. It is on until you untick it.
How it works
The message starts with মালিকের রিপোর্ট and the date. Then, line by line:
- 🧾 আজকের অর্ডার (today's orders). Seller orders entered today with their amount, not counting cancelled ones. Then website orders, not counting incomplete, cancelled or fake ones. If customers left the checkout today, an অসম্পূর্ণ (incomplete) count is added.
- ⏳ পাঠানো বাকি (waiting to be sent). Seller orders from the last 30 days that are not cancelled and not yet booked with the courier, with their total amount. Orders marked for pickup are left out. Below it, up to 6 orders that have waited more than a day, with invoice, page code and days waiting.
- ✅ ডেলিভারি · ❌ ফেরত (delivered and returned). Parcels that finished today, the delivered amount, and the return rate: returns out of delivered plus returned.
- 🎯 টার্গেট পূরণ হয়নি — ফ্যাক্টরি (factory, today). Each factory person who has a target and did less than it today, as done/target with their step. If nobody is behind, it says everyone met it.
- 🎯 পিছিয়ে আছে — সেলার (sellers, this month). For each active page with a monthly target: the delivered amount so far this month, the target, and what it should be by today. A page shows up when it is below that day's share of the target.
At the end there is a link to Seller orders filtered to orders not yet sent.
Example: on the 15th of a 30-day month, a page of "Rangdhanu Fashion" has a ৳60,000 target. By today it should have ৳30,000 delivered. It has ৳24,000, so it is listed.
Good to know
- It is sent with the evening summary, at the time in Evening summary at (22:00 Bangladesh time unless you change it). The store checks every 5 minutes, so it can come a few minutes later.
- Everyone in the chat list gets it, money lines included. Add only people who may see those numbers.
- The factory line needs factory targets, and the seller line needs monthly seller targets. Without them those lines stay short.
Common problems
- The owner's report did not come, but the summary did. Check that With it, the owner's report is ticked and press Save.
- A seller is listed who is doing well. The line counts delivered parcels only. Orders still on the way are not counted yet.
