A seller's sale counts in the month its delivery succeeds, with one wait: an order of a month that is delivered by the 5th of the next month (11:59 pm Bangladesh time) still counts for its own month. Delivered later, it counts in the month it is delivered. Cancelled or returned parcels never count.
Where to find it
- The owner sees it in Admin › ERP › HR Department › Payroll and on each salary slip.
- The seller sees it on My dashboard and Sales Team Update, under Sales that count this month (by delivery).
This figure sets the seller's salary level, commission or sales % and the CEO dashboard's salary estimate.
How it works
The month of an order is the month it was entered in the app. A parcel booked straight in the courier panel uses its booking day.
Example for Rangdhanu Fashion:
| Order entered | Delivered | Counts in |
|---|---|---|
| 28 October | 2 November | October (by the 5th) |
| 30 October | 5 November, 9 pm | October (still by the 5th) |
| 29 October | 7 November | November (after the 5th) |
| 3 November | 10 November | November |
| 20 October | Returned | Never |
The amount is the full price of delivered and partly delivered parcels: what the courier collected plus any advance the customer paid before (from the seller's order). The delivery time is the courier's final time, or else its last status time.
Good to know
- A month is final from the 6th. Until the 5th of the next month, Payroll shows Sales still counting with the date. Sellers' slips cannot be marked Checked until then. The store owner can still check one, after a confirm.
- Worked out again on the 6th. Salaries are worked out again by themselves on the 6th, so the deliveries up to the 5th are in.
- The seller sees the same number as the payslip: Sales that count this month (by delivery), how much came from last month's orders delivered after the 5th, their level, and how much more they need for the next level.
- Still on the way. My dashboard shows parcels still with the courier, with the day by which they must be delivered to count this month.
- Replacements follow the same rule by their own entry month.
- The seller bonus race has its own rule and is not changed by this.
Common problems
- A seller's October sale shows in November. It was delivered after 5 November, so it counts in November.
- Last month's sales changed after the month ended. That is expected until the 5th. Last month's parcels delivered by then are still added. From the 6th the figure stays.
