What do staff see on their own dashboards?

Every staff member's own dashboard is built from cards. Which cards they get depends on their job and ticks: a seller sees their orders and bonus, a sewing operator sees today's work against the target, and anyone with a staff profile sees their attendance and salary slip. Each card opens the full page behind it.

Where to find it

Admin › My workspace › Dashboard, for example Seller Dashboard or Sewing Dashboard. The owner does not have one; the owner's home is the CEO dashboard.

How it works

The cards come in sections. A section only appears for the people it is for.

Section Cards Who gets it
My sales · this month Orders today, Orders this month, Waiting to send, On the way, Delivered, Returned (% of finished) Sellers with their own Facebook pages
Sales that count this month (by delivery) The sales your salary level uses, the level reached and how much more for the next, still on the way Sellers on the Sales level salary
Seller bonus This week's and this month's rank, "only ৳X more", this month's target and how much is done Sellers, once the bonus contest is set up
My work Done today (with the target), Left today, Done this month, Hours worked this month Cutting, sewing, QC and helpers
Sellers' orders Waiting to send, Orders today, Courier requests (for staff who may send), Fix in Steadfast Office staff who send and print every seller's orders

To do My tasks, Requests & messages, Today's work report Everyone (the work report only with the Daily work report tick)
Mistakes & fines Mistakes this month, Mistakes in all, Tags I gave Staff whose work can be tagged
Your work guide One card per guide for their job Everyone

Above the cards, reminders appear when something needs doing, such as "Yesterday's numbers are not in yet" for a seller's page, or "5 more to reach today's target" for a sewing operator.

My cash comes first, above the reminders, for anyone who holds or was given an account (such as the office's or the factory's cash): its balance now, and what came in, was spent and was handed over today and this month. Above it sit the money shortcuts: Money in, Money out, Money transfer, Cashbook and Suppliers & bills.

Good to know

  • Only their own numbers. A seller's cards count only the pages given to them. Attendance, salary, tasks and fines are always the person's own.
  • No money of the business. Staff cards never show your profit, other people's salaries or the balance of any account not given to them. My cash shows only their own accounts. My salary opens only their own slip.
  • Courier cards follow the role's time limit. The courier desk sees parcels only as far back as its role allows.
  • The business totals stay with the owner. The CEO dashboard is the Super Admin's alone (Dashboards (owner)), so every other staff member, the Admin too, works from this page.
  • Set the targets for factory staff and sellers, or the target cards stay empty ("no target today", "No target set for this month yet.").
