First look over each slip and mark it Checked. Then pay one person from their slip, or press Pay all checked on the Payroll screen. Every payment is written in the cashbook by itself as a money-out under Salary, with the person's name.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › HR Department › Payroll. Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees it.
Step by step
- Open Payroll and pick the month. The cards at the top show Earned, Cut, Advances taken and To pay for everyone.
- Clear the Needs you before paying box first: open each name in it and fix what it says.
- Open a slip, look over its lines and press Mark checked. A checked slip will not change any more.
- Or, when you have looked over everyone, press Check all. It checks every slip of the month that is still Worked out. Before the 6th of the next month the button reads Check all but sellers: sellers' sales are still counting (their month's parcels delivered by the 5th count), so their slips wait. The owner can press Check sellers too (anyway) after a confirm.
- Pay one person: on their checked slip, in the Pay box, choose the account, the date, and press Pay.
- Pay everyone: on the Payroll screen, choose the account and the date next to Pay all checked, and press it. Every checked slip of the month is paid.
Good to know
- Status goes Worked out → Checked → Paid. You can press Open again on a checked slip to change it. A paid slip cannot be opened again.
- The Pay button waits for Checked. On a slip that is only worked out, the box says "Mark it checked first."
- One cashbook entry per person. Each payment is a money-out from the account you chose, category Salary, with a description such as "Salary October 2026". The slip then shows the payment date and account.
- The date cannot be in the future.
- Accounts come from Admin › ERP › Accounts Department › Accounts; only active accounts are listed.
- Nothing to pay. A slip whose To pay is ৳0 or less has no Pay box. If it is checked, Pay all checked marks it Paid without a cashbook entry.
- Excel (CSV) downloads the month: name, department, earned, cut, advance, to pay, status, every line, and what still needs a person.
Common problems
- "Nothing to pay: check the salaries first." No slip of the month is checked yet. Press Mark checked or Check all, then pay.
- Someone is missing from Pay all. Their slip is still Worked out, or it is already paid.
- To pay is a minus amount. The advances that month are more than the salary. Decide with the person how to settle it, for example with an Other cut on a later slip.
