How do I save an order to submit later?

When a customer is not sure yet, press Schedule This Order in New order, pick a day and press Confirm Schedule. The order is kept aside with its photos. It is not an order yet and is not counted anywhere until you submit it.

Where to find it

  • Making one: Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Seller orders › New order › Schedule This Order (a seller: My Orders › New order).
  • The list: Scheduled orders, at the top of Seller orders (or My Orders).

Step by step

  1. Fill in what you have in New order. A customer name or a phone is enough.
  2. Add photos if you have them.
  3. Press Schedule This Order.
  4. Choose Schedule for (date), today or later.
  5. Write a Schedule note if useful, for example "customer confirms on Friday".
  6. Press Confirm Schedule. You go back to the order list, where it shows under Scheduled orders.

Submit it later

  1. Open Seller orders (or My Orders).
  2. In Scheduled orders, press Submit on the order.
  3. The form opens with everything you saved. Check it, and fill in what is missing.
  4. Press Submit Order. It becomes a normal order and the scheduled copy is gone. Its photos come along.

To change the day or the note without submitting, change them and press Confirm Schedule again.

Delete one

In Scheduled orders, press the bin button on the order and confirm. Its photos are deleted with it.

Good to know

  • The list is sorted by day. Today's orders are in red, and a day that has passed shows overdue.
  • A scheduled order is not counted in the day's orders and taka, in reports or in the bonus, and it cannot be sent to the courier until it is submitted.
  • A scheduled order does not hold its invoice number. If another order takes that number meanwhile, you are asked for a new one when you submit.
  • A seller sees the orders they scheduled and the ones on their own pages. The office sees all.

Common problems

  • "Write at least the customer name or phone to schedule." Fill in one of them.
  • "The schedule day cannot be in the past." Choose today or a later day.
